Returns and Refunds

We are pleased to offer a full refund, minus crating and shipping costs, for paulkole.com original artwork purchases returned within 7 days of their delivery date. If, after your 7 day trial period, you discover that your new original Paul Kole artwork does not fit within your collection aesthetic, return your artwork for a full refund, minus our crating and shipping costs, which varies depending on artwork size and destination location. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and must return artworks via the same carrier and packaging artwork was delivered by and in.

Prints, Apparel, Accessories: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Return and contact information will be supplied with your order.
 
All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.
 
Please note: Original artwork returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Damaged artwork will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized, commissions, and custom designs are final sale.

Shipping Policies

Deliveries are made by USPS, UPS, FED EX  or similar carriers Monday through Friday from 9AM until 5PM. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Please note that deliveries may experience delays of up to two business days. Allow for additional shipping time to ensure your order is received by the desired date. Orders come with tracking and insurance.

Original artworks larger than 16 x 20" are custom crated and shipped by our professional art handling company.

Artwork General Cleaning and Care Guidelines

  • We suggest you keep your artwork out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.

  • We suggest you use a polishing cloth with furniture polish, such as pledge, to polish resin. A damp microfiber towel with water can be used if polishing is unnecessary

  • Do not use ammonia or harsh chemicals on artwork.

  • Use crating and/or packaging for long term storage during your art collection rotations.
