Return Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

 

Thank you for collecting the work of Paul Kole.

Each original painting and limited edition release is produced and fulfilled with care, restraint, and intention. Due to the limited nature of the work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

 

Originals

All original artwork sales are final.

Because original works are one-of-one pieces, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once payment has been processed.

 

Limited Editions

Limited edition print sales are final.

If a limited edition arrives damaged during shipment, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged work

Approved damage claims may qualify for replacement if inventory remains available.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, contact the studio within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include supporting photographs and order details so the issue can be reviewed promply.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of studio control.

 

Color and Presentation

Please note that artwork may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting conditions, framing choices, and natural material variation.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

 

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or delivery refusal may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

 

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.
