Returns and Collection Policy
All works offered through Paul Kole Studio are original pieces produced in limited quantity or as one-of-one constructed works.
Due to the physical scale, dimensional construction, custom handling requirements, and material-sensitive nature of the work, all sales are considered final.
The studio does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a work has shipped.
Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues
If a work arrives with visible shipping damage, the collector must:
-
Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
-
Photograph all packaging materials and visible damage.
-
Retain all original packing materials.
-
Contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility and resolution options.
Where appropriate, the studio will work directly with the collector and shipping provider to evaluate repair, replacement, or insurance-supported resolution.
Installation Responsibility
Collectors are responsible for ensuring proper handling, installation conditions, and wall support appropriate to the scale and weight of each work.
Paul Kole Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, environmental exposure, mishandling, or unauthorized modification after delivery.
Color, Texture & Surface Variation
Because each work is constructed through layered material processes, mineral textures, erosion techniques, and ultra-matte absorptive finishes, slight variations in surface character, edge condition, texture density, and light absorption are considered inherent to the work and are not treated as defects.
Commissioned & Custom Works
Commissioned works, installation-specific projects, custom dimensions, and site-responsive pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For acquisition inquiries, installation guidance, or shipping coordination, collectors are encouraged to contact the studio directly prior to purchase.
