Shipping Policy

Thank you for collecting the work of Paul Kole.
 

All works are packaged and fulfilled with care through the studio. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the size of the work, framing requirements, destination, and release schedule.
 

Original Works

Original paintings are professionally packaged and, when necessary, shipped in custom-built protective crates.

Collectors are responsible for all shipping costs associated with original works unless otherwise stated.

Due to the scale and handling requirements of many works, shipping costs may be calculated separately after purchase.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for preparation, packaging, crating, and shipment of original works.

Larger or international shipments may require additional handling time.
 

Limited Editions

Limited edition prints are fulfilled and shipped separately from original works.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production, packaging, and fulfillment.

Shipping timelines may vary during release periods, holidays, or high-volume launch windows.
 

Domestic and International Shipping

Domestic and international shipping availability may vary by release.

International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or additional charges required by their country or carrier.

The studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier operations outside of studio control.
 

Delivery Responsibility

Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.

The studio is not responsible for lost shipments, delays, delivery issues, or additional costs caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customs delays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Unclaimed packages
     

Damaged Shipments

If artwork arrives damaged during shipment, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damage

Claims submitted outside of this period may not qualify for replacement or resolution.
 

Shipping Insurance

Original works and select shipments may include shipping insurance at the discretion of the studio or carrier.

Additional insurance requests may be arranged prior to shipment when applicable.
 

Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.

By purchasing artwork from Paul Kole, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.
